Programs are on a first-come, first-served basis. When registering your child for camp a non-refundable & non-transferable deposit of $50 per camp week, per child is required to reserve their space. There is an annual $30 camp administration/registration fee per child. To receive the $10 sibling discount for camp, you must call us to sign both children up for the same week of camp. As of January 1st, 2017 we no longer accept personal checks. There is a $30 returned check fee.
Arrival and Dismissal
Half Day camp will run from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m and Full Day camp will run from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m (unless otherwise stated). Children will not be taken into the camp room before 9 a.m. and must be collected by 12 p.m. for morning campers and 4 p.m. for all day campers. If you do not promptly pick-up your child, you will be charged for extended care. If you are unable to pick up your child by 12 p.m. or 4p.m., call (757) 609-3738 to explain the reason and the pickup time.

Camps operate Monday thru Friday (unless otherwise stated). Before Camp and After Camp hours are available for an additional fee. All camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Extended care provides parents with extended hours of care. Before Camp opens at 8 a.m and After Camp is available until 6 p.m. Recreational activities are planned during this time. Pre-registration is required due to limited space.
Before Camp (8 – 9 a.m.) $40/week or $10/hour
After Camp (4 – 6 p.m.) $65/week or $10/hour
The $50 non-refundable deposit is NOT refundable and non-transferable.
There is a $50 non-refundable fee for all cancellations to cover our administration and registration fees.
No credit or refunds will be given for days missed, inclement weather, illness, early departure, or late arrival and vacations. No refunds will be given for voluntary withdrawal or disciplinary dismissal. If your camper is going to be absent, please call (757) 609-3738 or email email@example.com. Please do not forget to include your child’s name and the date he or she will be absent.
Daily Sign-In & Sign-Out
Parents must accompany their camper inside the building to sign them in and out daily. Parents may drop off their campers 10 minutes prior to the start of camp without enrolling in Before Camp. Campers who remain 10 minutes past the conclusion of their camp will be enrolled in, and charged for, After Camp. If someone other than the parent/guardian will be picking up your child, please provide a written note with that person’s first/last name and contact information.
At BrickHeadZ, we approach each child as an individual with their own unique talents and one-of-a-kind needs. We ask that first and foremost they have FUN! Campers are expected to be helpful, courteous, and to try their best at all times. Campers should respect other campers, our staff, and BrickHeadZ property. They should ALWAYS keep it rated E for Everyone. Preschool campers must be potty trained (no pull-ups) and bring a change of clothes every day.
What to Bring to Camp
Bring all completed forms with you on the first day of camp. Any preschool campers should bring a change of clothes every day. All Day campers must bring a packed lunch and drink every day. We ask for allergen purposes, that no nuts or shellfish be included. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Campers must wear or bring socks with them. Campers need to bring a pair of headphones with them for computer activities. All campers need a functioning email for programming purposes. SR Campers should have a pre-existing CAD account (tinkercad.com). We suggest writing it down for them to have with them.
What NOT to Bring to Camp
Any electronic devices, trading cards, toys, or anything else that could distract the group’s attention. Personal LEGO® pieces, motors, sensors, etc. Personal valuables such as jewelry or money. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
Lunch & Snack
Campers will be offered a light morning and afternoon snack and drink every day. If your camper has dietary restrictions, you are welcome to send a snack with them. All Day campers should bring a packed, NUT FREE lunch every day.
On the first day of camp, bring with you a completed Program Registration Form and Release Form. If your child has any allergies, bring a completed Allergy Action Plan form. In order to provide the best possible environment for all campers, it is fundamental that we be notified in advance of any medical conditions or special needs your child may have.
If your child is injured or becomes ill while at camp we will call the emergency contacts listed on your Program Registration Form. If we cannot reach any of the contacts and if we believe that the condition is an emergency, we will contact the authorities to provide transportation to a hospital.
BrickHeadZ offers a $10 sibling discount for siblings attending the same week of camp. Discount are only applicable for the cost of camp, and may not be applied to extended care or other purchase options.
This discount cannot be combined with any other offer.
While BrickHeadZ, LLC works to provide an optimal learning experience for each builder, we do not guarantee any particular result or learning for our builders.
By enrolling your child in a BrickHeadZ camp, you agree to let us use pictures and videos taken during camp in which your child appears, for educational or promotional activities and materials.

In consideration of provision of all instruction (the “Services”) by BrickHeadZ, LLC you agree to release any and all claims, demands, causes of action, remedies and damages against BrickHeadZ, LLC or anyone in their employment in connection with provision of the Services, including all claims and causes of negligence, personal injury, and property damage.
