Social Engagement Groups
Our Social Engagement program is designed using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® materials and methodology along with evidence based behavioral techniques for children and teens with Aspergers Syndrome or similar challenges in social interactions. We compliment our hands-on instruction and FUN activities with curriculum and materials such as: Social Thinking®, Zones of Regulation®, and PEERS®. This program is cumulative and spans the entire academic school year.
We use a flexible combination of direct instruction, individual and group practice projects and real time teachable moments, that incorporate movement, collaboration, engineering, art, sensory exploration, critical thinking skills and lots of FUN!!
